Neurological Complications Due to Diabetes

Patients with diabetes have more complications from nerve damage, called neuropathy, because of diabetes.

High blood sugar can damage the nerve fibers of the entire body, but the lower limbs and feet are usually the most vulnerable.

Peripheral neuropathy
