These are pictures of what I do to fix baby back ribs on my 6 burner Nexgrill gas grill.
This is my grill. It has 5 burners and a side burner on the right side.

After removing the membrane on the bottom of the ribs, there are thoroughly rinsed and then patted dry with paper towels.
They are coated with Famous Dave’s Rib rub on both sides.

The grill is heated to 250 Degrees.
I place an aluminum pan with water in it and as the water evaporates from the heat, it adds moisture to the ribs.

I also use an A-MAZ-N 12″ Oval Tube Smoker with Apple Hardwood Pellets to create the smoke.
The Smoker Tube 12-inch tube filled lasts for about 4 hours.

The ribs are on the grill. The water is adding moisture. The smoker tube is starting to create smoke.

The ribs are checked every hour and I turn them.
The slab on the left is moved to the right and the slab on the right is moved to the left.
That way they cook evenly.
After 5 hours, I apply bbq sauce. My favorite sauce is Gates Mild sauce.
The ribs are coated on both sides and left on the grill for another 20-30 minutes.
The ribs are finally removed from the grill and placed in a large container and brought inside.

They are allowed to rest (cool) for about 15 minutes.
Each slab is placed on a cutting board and they are sliced up.

Now comes the best part. You sit down at the table and EAT them.
They come out extremely tender and so very juicy.
Not to brag, but every time I have fixed these, our guests tell me how good they are and there are never any leftovers.
Normally I fix 2 slabs, but on occasion, I have fixed 3 slabs.
